Tuna! (not starfish - Yellow Fin) slightly grilled just for flavor w/wasabi and edeme and sesame noodles..

Mine is pizza!! First take one large 100% whole wheat tortilla 150-200 calories then 1/3-1/2 cups of patsta sauce, then some veggies, onions, peppers, mushrooms, tomatos, broccoli, and if you like meat, grilled chicken or turkey pepperoni, then 1 inch of low fat cheese. The whole thing is around 300-400 calories. Enjoy

Minute Steak (Chopped steak) Broiled or Grilled
Maybe some grilled onions and cheese on top
Cottage cheese
Sliced, Boiled egg
Sliced Tomato or maybe a small salad
Finish with some raspberry sherbet

Yummy....One of my favorite, especially if the weather is nice outside..ss

Chicken fajitas:

One (normal sized portion) chicken breast, seared on both sides and cooked just until no longer pink in the center, and cut into strips.

Red and green bell peppers and onion cut into strips and stir fried in a bit of olive oil just until tender but still crisp.

Roll up in a whole grain tortilla with a bit of fat free sour cream and cheese. Yum!
