I had ONE glass of wine at lunchtime (12:30pm) and I really want to do a class at the gym at 7:30pm tonight,,,it will be 7 hours since I had wine by the time the class starts and Ive drunk nothing but water all afternoon...should I go?

One glass of wine? No problem after 7 hours. In fact the alcohol was out of your system about 4 hours before gym time....unless you're really skinny....then 5....or bigger...then 3.

You ARE talking a 4 oz glass right?

Feel free! A glass of Wine, it's the best medicine. Drink every day but not much. My grandfather is 86 years old and he has been drinking since 14.

There is no reason you should NOT go, enjoy yourself, work out for at least 1 hour, drink lots of water, smile lots and tone up those muscles.

No! I would also recommend you visit an AA meeting as this could be part of a much larger problem that your not telling us about
