2 ways.
1. You don't deal with them at all.
or
2. You set their "sick" minds straight by telling them the truth

Hold to your beliefs and allow others the same freedom. At the same time you will find sick (minds) have been around a long time.

Some individuals have serious, diagnosable mental illness and deserve respect even though they really can at times NOT be accepted in usuall company.
Others are nutters and occasionally barking mad by choice (some actually fun to be round).
My mates and I, primarily of the mid-late twenties uni age group fall into the fun "by choice" group, at least occasionally.
Anyone can adapt the nutter or mad by choice, it can help one from going insane.

You mean people who think that they're sick or just pretend that they're sick? If they just pretend they are sick or want to believe that they are, then they actually are kinda sick, like hypohondriac or just want people to care about them more.

Do you mean warped minds like peadophiles they arnt ill, but warped. Sick is not used in the right context in that situation. Sick is schizophrenia, and thats not their fault.

Are you talking about people who say their sick and aren't, or people who think they are sick? Either way, you can do very little about it, just ignore them and move on.

What like a person at work who doesn't seem right in the head? I have plenty of those, I just ignore them.
