I am so jealous of you! Wish I had your problem.
Protein, chicken, turkey, tuna with bread, potatoes and/or rice. plus I would add nuts and nut butters for the added healthy fats.

Add cheese to your sandwiches and other dishes like eggs. Drink lots of milk.

I used to have that problem but don't anymore. Wish I would have stopped eating the ensure milk shakes once a day. Take a can of ensure or pediasure and add a couple of scoops of ice cream and a little milk in the blender. It's delicous and really helps put on the weight. I did it once a day for a couple of months. That was 8 years ago and I'm still gaining weight.

Glad you brought this up. I was overweight loss all the weight plus more now I'm underweight geez!!!! lol Anyway Carbs refined sugar, protein, fat, like an earlier post said excercise so yougain muscle and not fat

pasta, pizza and anything with bread. Carbs are good. I drank beer to gain weight.

what works for me is:
pizza at bar time
valentines candy
oreo mcflurry from McDonalds
lots of sour cream wit my mexican food.
donughts
just some ideas as weight seems to find me no problem,

YES! Another person who shares my struggle! We as a minority must stick together!

But seriously, I drink a lot of milk and NUTS - honey roasted peanuts are great. They have A LOT of good fat, and very little saturated fat, and no trans fat. So it's GOOD for you and me.
