Nothing at all wrong with 2 workouts a day if you can fit it into your schedule. 90 minutes total is a pretty solid number, great for conditioning and overall health.
Your calorie intake will likely bring this to a halt before too long. If there's any intensity at all to your workouts you're running on empty. Once your fat stores run down, your body will start consuming important parts like muscle, and your brain will begin to atrophy from lack of fuel.

Yeah, that's not the best. Even at my activity level (45 minutes, 4 times a week), that calorie range is below what I need to prevent starvation mode.
The range you are taking in is fine for a couch potato who wants to lose weight, but as your activity level increases, so does the need for additional calorie intake.
You need to figure out how many calories you are burning per day, and using that, you can figure out your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate). With these figures in hand, you can reassess your calorie intake.
Last week, I would have said that your exercise routine was a lot - but the American Heart Association just increased the recommended amount of exercise from 30 minutes 3 times a week to 60 - 90 mintues every day.

the amount of calories that you consume should be based on the amount of fat free mass that you have and the daily amount of activity. go to the website below to determine this.

* if you are consuming enough calories for your level of activity there is no problem at all with performing 2 sessions of exercise a day. I do it, and so do many, many other athletes and professional athletes...
* be very careful of the sources that you get information regarding nutrition and exercise. 99.9% of the folks out there do not know what they are talking about as they don't know the science behind how the human biology functions...

Probably there is a syndrome called: the Over Cardio Workout Syndrome (OCWS).
And just eating 1200-1400 cals a day... nothing good can come out of this.

There are alot of ppl that work out for an hour each day..I'm not sure why this would be bad as long as you are eating healthy and drinking alot of water.
Keep up the good work!

yup - you need to give your body time to re-engergize and based on your calorie intake you 'may' (subconsciously) be trying to burn all that you consume! You should pay attention to this which if done on a consistent basis is a form of bulimia -while you're not purdging you are basically trying to not gain weight by constantly exercising off the calories...

Yes, you are over doing it for the amount you are eating. Either eat more healthy food, or limit your working out. Eating too little and working out too much is just as dangerous to your body.

Why would that be unhealthy? I would say they are being very unsupportive of you. Sounds like your eating enough, so go ahead and work out as long as your body is allowing it.
