I think it's the same as America. 18/21 or older. There is no age limit for the Urkraine. They start drinking alcohol(mainly vodka) at like 12 or younger.

To buy alchoholic beverages, you have to be old enough to (a) vote and (b) have sex. That tells you something about the state of politics and interpersonal relationships in the UK!
