In my experience, You should eat more than 3 meals a day . for example: eat 5 times a day smaller portions so your metabolism speeds up. Cut out all the pop and junk food (treating yourself once a week IS Ok ) , but most important is drinking plenty of water and don't eat 3-4 hours before bed. When I tried to loose weight I used to work out before i ate ,because after a work out your metabolism is much faster so your body will use that energy instead of storing it (faster). Any way you are young so it will be a lot easier for you to drop it now , believe me I used to be 300 lb. now Im 190lb . Make your self a schedule and stick to it.. REMEMBER - not eating will only hurt you , because it confuses the body ( store the fats or not > type of a thing) so try smaller portions 3-5 times a day eat a balanced diet , keep working out ,and you will be at your "Fighting weight" in no time
Wish You GOOD LUCK and don't try to loose the weight as fast as possible , set a goal per week , month , few months and stick with it

first I would suggest dropping anything that has high-fructose corn syrup in it for about two months and see what happens then. Most people tend to lose about 10-15 lbs when they start actively chosing foods that don't have HFCS.

Beyond that, the only advice I would give about skipping meals is...

#1 - the fewer meals you have the more diligent you have to be about ensuring all your fats, fiber, protiens, carbs, nutrients and vitamins are still supplied in their appropriate percentages in each meal. Get's to be a real hassle after a while for most people and they end up losing weight not through calorie reduction but rather through malnutrition.

#2 - it's very easy to get caught up in "not eating" when you start skipping meals and you can end up teaching yourself to be bulemic. Most people think of beulemia as "binge and purge" but there is also the much harder to notice "starve and binge" types out there that are very hard to spot/recognise. And yes, it absolutely can become a learned habit, especially when you're as young as you are.

Neither of those answers are correct. You should be eating 4 - 5 smaller meals a day. And drink alot of water. I am on weight watchers and have been for 6 weeks, I have dropped at total of 32 pounds in 6 weeks. Remember water flushes fat. Watch your fat and calorie intake. You don't have to cut anything out of your diet, just eat it in moderation!

Good luck

Cats do great indoors. in case you get a kitten basically make confident it replaced into raised interior, some cats do no longer even desire to pass outdoors. Cats are the least complicated project to coach to apply the clutter field too. they do no longer seem to be choosy animals and would look after themselves so in case you could no longer spend each and every waking 2d with it that is pleased with that. whilst it needs puppy or enjoyed or perhaps fed, it allow you to comprehend : )
