Depends on level and plane you fly. My friend flew 747's as a copilot and now is a captain (in AI they call them commanders) of an Airbus. He makes over $120K per year.

Just as groverraj said above, it all depends on what kind of plane you ply...the 747s (or large carriers) pay more & so do private jets (say flying some CEO) in the united states it varies from 70000 to 150000 a year....i really won't know about Air India...why not try India's employment office, i think they'll have a range
