It also depends on where you live. Call different vets in your area to get an idea of what the cost will be. Many times, you can get low-cost spaying at local animal shelters, so that's worth checking out too.

Depends on where you live and how much money you make. In more affluent areas it can be pretty pricy - say, $150 or more for a spay/neuter. BUT since spay/neuter is SO VERY IMPORTANT - many charities, shelters and humane societies can help defray the costs if you're on a limited budget. Some vets will take payments, too if you can't afford the entire cost up front.

If you are worried about the cost of the spay your local humane society might be able to help. They have certain days that they have cheap spay/neutering. They also have a program that will pay for part of your procedure. You have to meet certain requirements. This way it is about $25 depending on your group. Otherwise it is between $100-$200.

If you have the dog already, 100 dollars is probably the average, but you can get it cheaper, just call local vets or spca. If you are getting a dog, look into getting one from a shelter, alot of shelters roll the spaying and shots in with the adoption fee, so alot of legwork is done for you, except the future vaccinations of course.

Check with your local humane society to see if they offer any discounts with local vet offices. I was able to get my dog spayed for only $60. Without a discount the price varies from vet to vet, but on average you're looking at about $100-$150. Hope this helps!

This is dependant on where you go. You can spay for around $45 and up. I believe the SPCA has the least expensive rates.

$45-80 depending on the vets office. Normally you can call them up and ask, also ask if they offer / or can recommend a clinic that offers low-income spaying if you can't afford it. Hope this helped!!! Also I know in NY there are certificates you can get if you are "low-income" and you take these certificates to your local vet and they give you a discount.
