Jogging and Sprinting is the best way to increase endurance and speed. Now I know this may sound crazy but there's a thin line between brillance and insanity--try jumping from a frog-like position about 10 yards then rest. Before you say this guys nuts try it and then you'll see what I'm talkin' bout. The best way to improve agility is to build the calf muscles by pushing you heels up (stand on your tippy toes) then down, up then down. Do this until your calfs are tired. Rest then do it again. Do pushups to build your strength, but you really need a good set of dumb bells. They're better then any work out system out there--trust me. You just need to learn a variety of dumb bell exercises.

Plyometric acitivities (like jumps) will help a lot. Running drills are good for speed and agility (things like using cones, or if you dont have cones, lines on the ground). As for strength: use your own body as resistance. Pushups and the like are classics, but work very well. You can also use whatever you have around the house. Do dips leaning against a counter or a chair, lunges are simple and don't require much space...

the advancement that athletes have achieved these days it would be hard to compete without using equipment. but what i would suggest is to stretch a lot esp the muslces that you are going to be using the most. if you have a beach near for all your needs strength jumping and speed do it all there. run, jump and anything else u need to do because u need some form of resistance to get stronger and faster

Floor exercises and stretching exercises, as in warm ups to running or massage therapy. Dolf Lundgren has a great workout regiment that increases strength as well as agility. The guy knows what he's doing. ME Ive even put weights in a backpack and done pushups!
