I been contemplating how often I should run. I would like to run daily. I understand I will be a little too overly sore in the beginning until my body adjusts. I know I can handle every other day, but would like to up it to daily.

I also prefer to run up hill instead of flat.

What do you think, fellow runners?

Thanks.

hey, i run cross country and track for my school, and this is what my coach has us do, monday-speed, tuesday-hills(longer), wednesday-hills(a little shorter)-thursday-speed, friday-mixture of hills and flat but not too long- and saturday- a long run but with pickups, we usually dont run on sundays because your body needs sometime to recover, if you could run 6 days a week that would be awesome, but if you want to rul 7 i suggest that the seventh day not be a hills day-no matter how boring it is :)

running depends on your goal of running. but if you want to run just to be in shape flat is OK. I know a guy that runs 10 miles 5 days a week. but i think a moderate run week would be 3-4 miles 4 days a week

You can run everyday, slowly increase how far you run. you need to run flats uphill and downhill do get the most benifit.

Two miles in the morning, and two miles in the night would be good.
