i have noticed a woman I am working with keeps mimicking things i do. for examples
1 when I get a clean hair cut - i can see she has done her hair in a way I never seen her do before.
2 when i start to wear checkered clothing - she wears checkered clothing which i never seen her wear
3 when i tell her i like unique people - she will go out of her way to show me she does weird things
i thought these were flirtatious signs so i ask her out - and she tells me she already has a partner which is fair enough so i decide to leave her alone but she keeps greeting me and mimicking me and following me.
whats the deal, why do women do this, what is their intentions?
im totallly confused.

sounds to me like she is confused with her love life. just ignore her...if she tries to tell you that she likes you then listen. or maybe she wants attention. become her friend and be there to give her the attention she needs. if u are getting totally annoyed with it then tell her...say to her...why do you do this? you do like me..so y? maybe she is just trying to talk to you or something. that is my opinion. but i might not be right...just ask her y.

At first I thought she wanted to go out with you but she's a weirdo! Now I think 2 things- 1.) She has a crush on you but can't act on it because she's committed or 2.) She like your sense of style and has never come into her own. Either way, stay away as much as possible- she doesn't sound healthy and it's definitely not healthy for you. As far as why women (or men) do this- they're Weirdos! Enjoy! :)

For the record,not all women do that.
I never mimick anyone that I like coz people might think that I'm crazy.
It's either your co-worker is crazy or your telling a lie that a woman will mimick you.

She does like u its just that she is too scared to admit it b/c she is afraid of getting turned down. Girls do this all the time we are so afraid of getting turned down that when a guy we like askes us out we lie and say oh i have a bf sorry. Look don't worry its just a phrase that we go through. Why don't u try to be friends with her first then take it to another level. Good luck

i don't know man i say from personal expirence that women are "evil" so don't worry about it she is prolly trying to make you make a move so she can tell her boyfreind or something so just chill and maybe flirt with another girl in the office to get back at her...but then again that never helps.

she sounds like a married wingnut who has an emotionally absent husband. ignore her and she will move on. or you can start wearing really messed up clothes and watch her make an *** of herself. the possibilities are endless. LOL

shes immature and playing mind games...forget about her and find someone who isn't afraid to be themselves and doesn't have to act a certain way
