(i saw this on the internet) mayb since i have had chronic sinus problems i cant breath as well, so this caused my dizziness in crowds? i am NOT clausterophobic though.

Sometimes when you have chronic sinus conditions your Eustacian tubes can get blocked causing dizziness.. Probably taking a decent decongestant would be a good idea to clear them up. Check with your doc to rule out Meuniere's disease (an ear condition that causes dizziness). Good Luck!

If you only feel dizzy in crowds, and not at any other time, I think that maybe the dizziness in crowds may not be related to the other problem. You could feel light headed if you were hyperventilating, though. You may not be clausterophobic, but maybe you suffer from a certain amount of anxiety in crowds that is causing the dizziness. My son and I both get dizzy and/or lightheaded if we are feeling too anxious or stressed.

u most probably seem to be having problem wid ur nasal septum....something like DNS which may be accompanied with chronic sinusitis and turbinates hypertrophy which have all compounded in u to cause mouth breathing ....try some simple remidies like taking warm drinks, menthol inhalation a good antihistaminics and low dose steroid sprays (u should get back to ur ENT surgeon for the prescription though) as because widout a first hand assessment it will not be possible to make a definite diagnosis and therefore to give a specific treatment....all the best!!
