I have been with this guy for a year and a half now we lived together for several months but we moved out now?

we are still trying to make this realtionship work and i do believe that we love each other a lot, but when we make plans something always comes up and he cant make it(sometimes it dont but usually it does) he go for a few days and not even call me(i feel like i have to call him at least once a day if not more) i just wonder is this realtionship able to be saved? Any ideas please help

Just tell him exactly what you told us. That you just have a feeling something is wrong... and give him the reasons you think so... like he can't make it to certain things, he doesn't call you for days, etc.
