your body isn't getting sufficient nutrient/calories for the amount of daily activity that you are involved in. it's in starvation mode, that's why you are gaining weight.

go to the website below to determine how many calories a day you should be consuming.

Just keep on eating healthy, eat a lot of fruit, its good for you and acts as a laxative.

water also helps to burn calories, so get pleanty of that down you!

unfortunately nothing stops fat from forming of the body. just do some cardio-vasucular workouts, they help to tone you and are awesome exercises for losing weight!

jogging is an excellent workout, skipping, swimming, cycling etc.

jogging is probably the best. if you live near a beach, run on hard sand, its better for your knees than concrete in the long run!

nothing stops fat from forming. but if you are not consuming enough calories for your activities and to lose weight your body goes into starvation mode and holds onto everything you feed it - straight to the fat cells. you need to have a negative balance of calories to lose weight, but there is a such thing as too much of a deficit. maybe change up your exercise routine, variety is best. cardio 3-5x/week, strength training 2-3x/week and eat from all 5 food groups.

So what happens when you go to the gym?

Some people go to the gym for two hours.... and workout

some people go to the gym......and workout for two hours.

Big difference.

addendum: When you workout vs when you eat can be important. Working out 90 minutes after a light meal is ideal, because your system thinks its flush with fuel and can burn calories without worrying where the next one's coming from.
