My sister took a class so she can make the arrangements. I just need the flowers. I want the cheapest freshest flowers. If there are other sites you have used please let me know.

Here are a couple other options, you may want to also check out your local flower market. You can probably find it online, this is most likely where all the local florists go to purchase their stock and normally they are open to the public.

I bought from growersbox.com and everything was perfect. They gave me a lot of greenery and filler. The flowers were almost too fresh (the roses didn't open for almost a week, so I had buds rather than blooms). They say to get them 3 days prior to your event, but I think getting them 4-5 days earlier would be fine, and it would give the flowers time to open.
I got 100 roses for $155.00 - perfect -- Very fresh, chilled, damp, wrapped beautifully to protect the flowers, not a single flower damaged or broken.
My local flower shop wanted $7.00 EACH rose!!

I know Costco will sell wholesale flowers as well. They have arrangements in their warehouses that are very nice, but I've seen where you can order in bulk as well. You might check that out. I'll bet Sams does it as well. Even if you don't already have a membership, it would probably pay for itself just in the savings on flowers, and you'll probably find a zillion other things for the wedding you can get there as well. Good luck!

Honestly, none of those wholesale sites sale 'cheap' anything. Those flowers are probably not gonna arrive fresh or be as cheap as you would like them to be.

I suggest you look in your local phone book for a flower shop, and go there and tell them what you want. Local flower shops usually don't get huge bridal orders, so when they do, they don't charge a whole lot cause they want you to spread the word and tell more people. And they usually do a wonderful job with your flowers as well.

I got married in January of 2006 and searched online for the flowers. Then I decided to look in the phonebook. Boy am I glad I did that!!! They only charged me $250 for ALL the flowers. And my bouquet was a special made heart shape with hard to find roses. And my sister got married Dec. of last year, and her flowers (from the same shop) were only $300 (she had more people in the wedding).

I really say take a look at the local shops before you do anything with online retailers.

Wish ya the best and congratulations!

Definately look for a wholesale club. Sam's, Costco, BJ's all have a beautiful selelction of flowers and you get double for half the price. Be sure to go in before hand and place your order to ensure there will be enough. This would be worth the drive.
