Assume you're talking auto insurance.
While there several factors (e.g., where you live, what kind of car), $130/month for a single unmarried man of 20 is about right. You might find cheaper, by a little, but not by much.
Try progressive.com. Their web site lets you get estimates of rates from several companies, including them.

Depends on your driving record, whether you have had drivers ed class, and the make of automobile you are driving. Shop around. Visit all the big carriers and see what your rates are. The younger you are, usually the more you pay. Accidents and tickets will increase your rates. Sports car and newer cars will increase the rate. With time and a good driving records, you rates will go down as you build safe driving points. When you trade autos, don't cancel your current insurance and buy new. Instead, transfer you existing policy to the new auto so that you can keep any discount points you may have earned.
You can increase your deductible to lower you payments.

Regarding all the above, is this Libility or full coverage.
The companies like Progressive, Geiko, DOn't have a person you can relate to. I have 4 cars 4 drivers 2 under 25 and I pay more but in comparison, I have been with Allstate for years,, I had a wreck and they let me know they knew but they didn't raise my rates since I had gone so long with no wrecks. Check Allstate. I bet you can get a good rate comparable to that you are paying with the added agent to respond to your needs as they arise, not a number and we'll get to you in a minute you are caller 521...

RE :Is my Insurance too expensive?
If I am paying $130 a month, is it too much for someone at the age of 20? What Insurances do you recommend I visit before making my decision?

If you mean is it too expensive for YOU... that is a question you have to answer based on your income and expenses.
If you mean is it to expensive based on the market: There are a lot of factors that determine your rates. Each is applied slightly differently by insurance companies.
The best way to find out is to call about three companies and ask for quotes on the same policy. It will take a couple of hours but you will have your answer when you compare the costs.
(you may be able to do some of it on line and make one submission to mutiple companies via a broker)

It depends upon your driving record, the value of the vehicle being insured etc. The good news is that when you get past 25, the rates usually drop if you are a good driver.

There is a site where you can compare a bunch of different insurance companies to find out which one will give you the best price. Most of them will give you quotes online so you don't even have to talk to anyone :).
