If she won't eat it then leave it for a bit and then take it away. Do not give her anything else to eat such as snacks or rewards etc. Then a few hours later and normally after you have eaten you put the food back down and hopefully she will be hungry and eat it. If not take it back and do not give her anything else until the next day when you give her the same food back again. She will then learn that she is not going to get anything else and will eat it. Don't worry it won't do her any harm other than her feeling hungry for a bit which is probably the reason that she ate it last time.
Other than that get the worm medicine tablets and put it in a bit of pate.....dog's can't resist pate.

Hmmm. Smart pup.
Sounds like she's on to you from the last time you doctor-ed her food. I hate medicine that you have to put in food because of this problem. See, Fido KNOWS what her regular food SHOULD smell/taste like - so she might not guess what's up with a rare treat.
Try mixing the worm medicine with something she finds completely irresistible - one that has a strong smell and taste - like cooked liver or one of the "expensive" tinned foods. That's so it will mask the taste of the medicine - which she knows about. Make sure it's something she doesn't get very often and is completely irresistible and strong smelling. I won't guarantee that she'll eat it - but it's at least worth a try.
Mention this to your vet. Perhaps she has something that she can administer by injection or by capsule that would be easier to work with besides monkeying with her food.
Caveat: Giving a pill or capsule to a dog is it's own adventure so have the vet teach you how to do this properly and safely.

Don't put the worm medicine in her food - not only can she smell it but some of it has a funny taste to it which will cause her to leave her food. If the medicine is liquid try this. Go to the pet store and buy a bottle of liquid vitamins. Some of them have a Karob flavor. Mix the liquid medicine with a couple of tablespoons of the liquid vitamins and put it on a saucer on the floor for her. This works for me.

Put the worm medicine in some peanut butter or something she really likes to get her to eat it. Dogs are smart she probably figured out that there was something different in her food, if she still won't eat it maybe you will have to just put it in her mouth and hold it shut until she swallows it.

Can you give her the worm medicine another way? I give my dog her thyroid medicine hidden in a small wad of peanut butter. She loves the peanut butter, but while trying to swallow the sticky stuff, the pills inevitably go down. If I tried to give her her medicine in her food, my dog would refuse to eat her food, as your dog is doing.
If giving her medicine another way is not an option, then take the dog to the vet and get his or her opinion.

This might sound dumb, but make sure the dog doesnt see you putting the medicine in its food, and also try to mix it up with something that has a strong scent. Dogs have a really hightened sence of smell you know. Your dog could be actually smelling the medicine.

Give her the worm medicine seperately so she doesn't start to dislike her food. Or put something else irresistable in it too, most canned foods have a potent smell that dogs love.

Put the worm medicine in peanut butter and stick it to the roof of your dog's mouth. She will eat that. Then give her her regular dog food.

Don't put the medicine in her food, she will begin to not like her food because she associate this with that taste. Put the meds in a hotdog (if its a pill) If the medicine is liquid mix it with some BBQ sauce, dogs love i and it has such a strong taste it covers up most med tastes.

The dogs ability to smell is so much greater than our own. There is no doubt she can smell the medicine and refuses to eat unless she's just about starving.
My suggestion is place a gravy or other "people" food in the dish which will distract her ability to smell just the medicine.
Best wishes!
