he always makes lots of jokes it's time to react. I was thinking to interview him on the phone and give him appointment to another city... but I don't know...I want something for which people will laugh for a very long time

haha, do what i did to my friend... send him weekly newsletters from NAMBLA (you know, the North American Man-Boy Love Association)... Just download their letterhead and write stuff like, "This was a very important week in NAMBLA. We still can't molest children, but we are getting more discrete thanks to this internet". When I did this to my friend, his wife was none too happy, but it's good for a larf!

You mean a practical joke. Don't be surprised if your co-worker doesn't take it well. People who are into practical jokes don't generally like to have the tables turned.
