I have 2 little gadgets. They have a handle, and when I squeeze, a coil on top expands and contracts, so I know I'm supposed to use this to strenghten my forearms. What is the best exercise regime to do with them? How many times a day, reps, how sowly I exercise, etc. Also, a note, I have a school and such, so I can't do anything like morning, noon, and night. And also, I am exercising at a local club all my other muscles, is that another factor?

what i would suggest is that while you are sitting watching tv or just bs-ing with friends doing the forearm exercises just until forearms get sore, doing 2 or 3 sets until sore will be a good workout

The forearms and calves can be stimulated as much as possible due to the high number of white-stitch muscle fibers... recovery time for these is very low. I suggest you do sets of 25 on each arm and then rest for at least 1 minute.... do as many sets as you like.
