I will join an eat-all-you-can contest. Maybe I could have some strategies in order to munch a lot without feeling full immediately. Any valuable help? :)

Get a high colonic right before you start.

Have two shots of hard liquor... it will increase your appetite.

Don't drink any fluids 1-2 hours before

Don't starve yourself, bc you need energy to eat so much... if you go in super hungary, your system will be worn down and you'll feel lethargic after just a little bit of food.

Work out beforehand... do some light squats and some bench press... work all the muscles evenly (but not too hard)... this will increase your appetite.

W/ the alcohol... mix in a double shot of espresso. For some reason, coffee seems to accelerate the digestive process.

Do some research and look up "kobayashi" the guy who wins all the nathans' hot dog contests.

This is not sonething you can just do. It take time to train your body to accept the filling of your stomach with large quantities.

You will need to practice by increaseing the amount of food you eat over time. to get your body and stomach used to the stretching it will have to do to be competitive.

I would recommend that you train ahead of time and get used to eating alot of food.
