For salmon you can season w/ salt, pepper, lemon or lime, and basil. Put it in the oven and cover with foil on 350degrees till done. You'll know its done when you pick at it with a fork and its flaky and comes apart. Other fish like tilapia you can do like this as well.
Things like trout and catfish you can dip in egg and then a bread crumb mixture and fry up the stovetop.
Finally you can take a fish like founder and kinda poach it on the stove top. Season w/ salt, garlic power, pepper, then put in pan with a little olive oil, water, and lime juice.

This is my favorite way to prepare salmon fillets...

Grab some non-stick foil and rip off a piece big enough to form a pouch around the steak. Rinse and pat dry. Sprinkle with a little salt, pepper, and rosemary. Then top with sliced lemon, a few sliced garlic cloves, and some sliced red onion. I like to throw a few tomatoes on top to add a bit more color. Then you just drizzle with olive oil and crimp the sides of the foil to create an air type pocket.

Bake on 425 for about 15 minutes or until cooked to the desire tenderness. Serve with a little of the extra juice drizzled over top.

Put a piece of tinfoil on a baking pan
Spray it with Pam.
Lay the fish filets on it, skin side down.
Sprinkle the fish with salt, pepper and garlic. Spread with a little butter *real butter
Broil this until done (flaky). Be sure to slow broil it so it won't burn. Sprinkle with some parsley and lemon juice and Voila!
Awesome fish.
IF you like spicier use some Sazon and/or greek seasoning.
Flaky, light and tasty.
Flounder is the best but whatever you like will be good.
Talapia is ok but kinda tasteless so you'll need to add more spices. Basil is good.

It's one of the easiest dishes to prepare, cooks quickly and is delicious in a million ways. Good for you too. We eat fish at least 3 times a week. Whether it's a fish steak, scallops or mussels.

use just a tiny bit of butter and grill it on both sides adding either lemon pepper or regular, salt very lightly.Or not at all. It's ready in less then 10 minutes. Whether you grill it or bake it. If you bake it you can add onion rings, tomatoes, capers and cook it in foil.So simple.
There are lots of sauces you can pour over it as well, depending on your taste. serve over a bed of lettuce or your choice of salad, or rice.

We are really fussy about our choice of fish.
Salmon fillet-- I poach them in a frying pan with a little water and chicken soup base, 1/2 tsp base to 1/2 cup water. 1 TBSP lemon juice.

Rainbow trout-- dressed whole fish, remove the head, place in microwave Pyrex pie plate sprayed with Pam, season with salt, pepper and your choice of other herbs. Cover plate with Saran wrap, leave small air space at edge of Saran. Cook for 3 or 4 minutes.

Fillet of sole-- seasoned with salt and pepper or fish spice which contains a little lemon juice, as well, dipped in egg, breadcrumbs then baked in oven or fried on a non stick skillet for 5 minutes on both sides. These are three of our favorite fish preparations. Hope you get to try them.

Season with lemon pepper & garlic.
Line a dish with foil, add slices of butter, green, red or yellow peppers, & onions.
Lay fish on top & add more butter, peppers & onions.
Fold foil, so it's creates a pouch.
Cook in the oven at 325 degrees for about 1 hour.
Fish comes out every tender & full of flavor.
Serve with rice & a mixed veggie.

I like to melt butter and lemon pepper in aluminum foil and wrap fish in it and bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour depending how thick the fish is. It takes delicious.

Put enogh water in bowl to cover bottom. Put preseasoned fish salt and pepper in bowl add to tablespoons of lemon and optional terrayaki cover and MICROWAVE your fillets for six to seven minutes. I am a real good cook and can make fish in many ways. This is fast and clean and it steams your fillets perfectly.
