when i do sit ups. i feel like its only working my right side
i tried to do those sideway situps to try to only target my left side, but either ways i feel my right side being worked out.

what should i do. i know im doing the sit ups right cause i asked my friend and hes goes to the gym.. any help?

My geuss is that you are rolling as you are sitting up, so your right side is having to pull your left side up as well.

If you are doing them correctly, than your left side may already be stronger than your right, so it is not going to be stressed with the sit ups.

YOu need to go to the gym with your friend. At the Gym, there is a machine that alows you to bend over the railing on each side of your body while holding a wait. Do this on your right to work out your left. Hope you can understand this.

You may only feel the right side from something which has nothing to do with the muscles at all. (ie, you have a blockage, a cramping, not breathing properly..) When you look at your abs, do they look evenly ripped? What does your friend who goes to the gym say?

Yea I think she is right or maybe it could be just that you are doing the sit-ups wrong. Make sure that you are coming up evenly and that you arent pulling yourself up by your neck or ears.
