beef first then veggies Exactly! The skillet is the quicker way to go, well besides ordering

Yes, that's the way I always cook my stir fry.
I would do veggies first then put aside to wait in a bowl. Stir fry the beef and return cooked veggies to the beef. I do this because the veggies take longer to cook and you want all to be ready at the same time.

We do it all the time. We have a deep skillet we use for it. Cook the beef in it first, then once it's done or at least almost done, take it out and put in the vegetables. Once they're as done as you want them, add the beef back in. Chicken or pork is good, too, but shrimp is great. Kroger and Meijer often have bags of frozen shrimp on sale. Just remember that the shrimp is precooked, and you just need to get it hot.

Yes, the key is to have the skillet screaming hot! You need to put a little oil--amount depends on if it's a coated pan or not. There is wok oil avail at grocery but veg oil works great. Beef first then push to the sides and veggies in the center. bon appetite!

Definitely, I do it all the time. Make sure you use a little olive oil so the beef doesn't stick.
