We speak spanish just like every other latin countries but yeah we have many made up words and proverbs, we also speak much faster than other countries and shorten our words as much as possible..

"Cuban" is not a language, it's a variety of the Spanish language (which is spoken not only in Spain but in Latin America and many other contries). Each region has a different variety, and this happens with every language; English from England is defferent from the one in Australia, Scotland or the States.

Well, Spanish is technically the language of Cuba, but I'd imagine there are certainly differences in vocabulary and accent, just like with any language that's spread over a wide area. German German is different from Austrian German, as an analogy.
