It would be a literal retelling of the bible on screen with no spin introduced.

It would include graphic depictions of all of the violence. Graphic worldwide flood drowning people, etc.

It would be done in 3 parts, like Lord of the Rings. Probably 9-10 hours.

It would include acts of mercy. It would include drowning babies in the flood. It would show the bible exactly for what it was, good and bad.

It is not possible to reduce a book to a movie without putting a spin on it.

A literal retelling with no spin???
Seeking spiritual meaning is not spin. It is the ONLY way to understanding.
A literal retelling without spiritual understanding would be a pointless as most of the Bible movies that have already been made.
After writing my answer I glanced up and realized I’d written retailing instead of retelling. We do have plenty of pointless retailing of scripture already.

For some reason, atheists think that religious people don't read the bible. Hey - I had to read it every day for an hour a day! What can you possibly teach me about the bible????
And if you want a really powerful description of a drowning man, read the book of Jonah.

I cannot say what it would do to anothers faith, only to my own. No I would not loose my faith. Whay? Because I understand whay all the blood shed okayed by God. There was a very good reason for it. To understand the reason behind it all you would have to know and understand generational sin and how it works and affects others.

Of course not. The Bible is a book of truth and people have issues.
The so called bad parts just help in adding credence to this very trustworthy book!

It would include the life of Jesus and his love for us. It would include the many ministries of His disciples. Some parts would be bad, like david commiting adultry or the flood, but then we would see the love of God and it would be good again.

Would YOUR movie also include the acts of mercy and love shown from God?
Or did you just want a blood bath slanted movie?

The people who are truly faithful and believe the Bible would not. The weak-minded ones might lose their faith, but they never believe that much to begin with.

A lot of people would be so bored as to take their own liefs to find out for sure and not to see the rest of the movie.
But people will see what they want to see.
