Go to a local fish monger, the quality will be much better than a supermarket fishmonger. Supermarkets buy in bulk and don't care about the general quality or have the expertise to note good quality as much, a local expert is much better.

You should buy a live one, it'll taste much better. Supermarkets can't supply this but a local fishmonger will.

Marks and spencer do a great Lobster, usually dressed and all for you! its about 15 quid but really good! or order one in advance from your local fishmonger..and learn how to cook it! you can but it in tins also (john west do it at most supermarkets but it will cost ya!
