Yes. First, wait until you are the legal age to drink. Start with one alcoholic drink a day, no more than three times a week. Work up to two drinks.

Space and pace your drinking. Limit yourself to one alcoholic drink an hour, and drink a large glass of water with each drink - not only does it slow the absorption of alcohol, but it keeps you hydrated so you don't get a hangover.

Are you speaking of raising your tolerance to liquor? To answer your question, consider this...men have enzymes that allow them to process liquor in their stomach, but women do not. That is why liquor affects women much faster. It goes right into our bloodstream. Knowing this, the idea of training oneself to tolerate greater amounts of alcohol may be a myth. I would hate for someone to put themselves in a potentially dangerous situation based on a quest to drink more. It really isn't worth it.

you will always be legally intoxicated with the same amount of alcohol in less your body weight goes up....then you can drink more before reaching the level of legal intoxication. But, there is one way, that I know of, to drink more alcohol and not get drunk as fast as your friends. Alcohol is absorbed in the gut. If you coat the gut the alcohol tends to pass by. So, before you go out with your friends....take a slice of bread....put as much butter on it as you can stand to eat....and then eat it. The oil and fat in the butter will coat in gut lining and you will be able to drink more alcohol.

Yes, by drinking alot. Concentrate on one type of alcohol only. However, your body gets sick for a reason, so if you go against it that is your problem. Also, if you have to ask you're too young to drink anyway.
