Muslims took over the country and everyone lived in relative peace, their was some form of religious freedom. Spain became the breacon of Europe in terms of medicine, academia and even fashion. Whilst the rest of European countries were in the dark ages.

If you are a Christian, please tell me what happened after the invasion of Jerusalem in 1099?
If you are an atheist, please tell me what happened after the Chinese Cultural revolution in Tibet?
Do you follow another set of beliefs? I can find some atrocity that they commited. There is a reason that we are not judged by the actions of ou ancestors...
