im a sex addict i want it all the time but i also play with myself to much as well i was recently flying back from abroad and i even had to go to the toilets on the plane to releave myself do i need help as i think this is not a problem or should i just carry ob plodding along

Well the fact that you are asking if it's a problem infers that you think it may be a problem.
It could just be a phase but if it's causing you to behave wrecklessly - i.e. potentially ruining a relationship or getting caught and into trouble George Michael style then it's a problem and you may like to speak to somebody about it.

Depends on how old you are. My friend whose husband turned 40 way before all of us ,calmed right down. My partner was like you ,then he turned 40 the same thing happened it wasn't on his mind all the time.

Well it is wat u feel, ur hormones by the sound too me are of the rails, and you just do wat u have to do a think you should carry on plodding along if it is for the best
