apparently i wasnt specific enough last time. want i meant with the hypothetical retard question was if someone was aware of their actions but in complete control, or someone who was not fully aware, but still knew right and wrong, killed some people? do they go to heaven?
and about the dogs, do you ever feel like all of those animals are watching, maybe keeping tabs maybe not, with some sort of collective conscious? not in a paranoid way, just as an inkling?

A mentally challanged person would go to heaven because for the most part, they have the mental capacity of a child. They do not really know right from wrong. As we all know, all children go to heaven if they have not reached the age where they know good and evil in the Biblical sense. (This is why infant baptism is useless but that is a different subject.)
As for animals, there is no indication or examples of any animals going to heaven. Those that will make it to heaven must do the will of God, which an animal cannot do.

I'm sorry your question didn't come across well last time. I must've missed it. I didn't get to see it or answer it. God works on your conscience aka heart. He KNOWS your heart. His Word says, 'your thought is as bad as your do'. Therefore that person can present great or not, but if his heart is not and he does NOT accept Jesus Christ as his saviour - he will go to hell. God forgives 70 times 7, but somewhere in there - He quits trying. Scary thought!

yes, in the Bible are many scriptures of animals in Heaven.
Why would God make living things so beautiful and then just let them die and not have an afterlife..
I do believe we will be reunited with our pets in Heaven....
