Ok, your question is why do we have to? or more to the point why should we? My answer---

We live on a small rock in space. on that rock we have limited resources and many of those are being used at an exponential rate. reducing will save many of those resources, reusing will further ad to that savings by keeping perfectly good items in circulation and recycling will contribute to the savings of resources by taking what is old and useless and turning it into something new and useful with out taking more of the already limited resources we have. The other side of this is that by taking these steps we prevent the many factor that contribute to Pollution and temperature changes throughout the world. Pollution of any kind is not good especially when we have to look at it day in and day out. My saying-- Reduce,Reuse,Recycle: the pollution solution.

Because the chief of Owlers does not know the limits. All
total planning is something that intellectually includes all those
with intellectual optimum property. There are no further choices that are free. This is the strongest argument we need to
entertain this selection because it is history. A good state of
mind is focused, centered, fresh, continuity, truth, and reality.
These are achievables under conservation planning. Each year there are upgrades, updates, uplifting news from creatives,
and some solid leads for improvements. here is a good site

Reduce the amount of things you buy and throw away.
Reuse what you can so you don't have to buy as much new.
Recycle anything that can be recycled, so new natural resources are not needed to make new products.
