Can anyone please tell me how to get rid of pine beetles?
They look like lady bugs, but have a strong odor. The have invaded my house. These bugs were actually flown in to get rid of the gypsy moth problem and now we are infested with these. I live in Virginia, and I have heard others in the state are having a problem with them as well. Please someone help me get rid of these bugs.

You must not be the only one with this problem. In our area the person to contact would be the our County Agricultural Extension Agent. (in the phone book) Whatever you do, be sure to ask what to do to prevent the problem in the future - an ounce of prevention and all that. Good luck! I have a friend in Oregon with a similar problem every spring. He has more tolerance than I do - he just lives with it, knowing that they will go away in time.

Call your local Home Depot or Lowes and ask them if they have a product for pine beetles.

Get an high voltage insect killer , will work fast.
