Mrs. Herrera said I have one more chance to stop talking and I don't want to find out what happeneds next. Please don't tell me to just shut my mouth and listen because it's not all that simple. Please help me.

Hey U cannot do it in a day.you have to develop self control step by step.Maybe for one day you can try this.
Ask all the people sitting near you to not respond to whatever you are saying then u will talk for sometime.then you will get bored when you do not get any response and you will stop

Take a day out of your life and only talk when absolutely necessary- you will see that you really don't have to talk that much- people may ask you whats wrong- respond with one word- "nothing". Take notice to how much comes out of your mouth that is not useful, helpful or meaningful. Its like a mini vow of silence.

You are talking (no pun), to the queen of talk...I got a D in conduct, detentions out the wazoo, and nothing stopped me. Once in 6th grade, the teacher said he would give me a nickle (yeah a long time ago), If I wouldn't talk for a whole day... I did it!! Willpower, my friend...willpower...every time you want to open your mouth....DON'T
