Initially I'd check the yellow pages. Most beauty supply stores carry products for both black and white. You might also casually inquire at your local hair salon, as to where they got a particular brand. They could give you a lead, not knowing that you were about to become the competition.

Yes it's called free enterprise stores do this all the time they purchase somthing then sell it that is how a profit is made but you won't get what you would normally get still even if the pacage is un opened people expect a lower price from individuals
