If christianity is not true, then why are you against it the most? You will tend to beleive and even be amused at other religions and things like astrology and witchcraft, but when someone even talks about Christ inside you instantly have a feeling inside about how that can never be true. Inside you instantly deny anycredability for us when we speak of christ but on any other religion you have a slightly open mind. Doesn't that in itself prove that we are correct?

True Christians do not preach on how wrong other people are, that is a common misconception. Jesus told us to love and accept everyone and true christians will show the love of God by loving you. God warned us specifically not to judge, so true christians to not.

See there is a diference between a religion and knowing christ. I AM NOT PREACHING RELIGION! i AM PREACHING A RELATIONSHIP!

Religion was man's idea, and in many cases it just hurts people, I am simply talking about a one on one relationship with the lord God Almighty. I do not judge you for your beleifs, I do not constantly speak about you going to hell, but I will love you, I will accept you, and I will try to tell you how much God loves you. For most people this is hard to comprehend, and most people are against it.

Simply put, it's because the vast majority of atheists have actually taken the time to study Christianity, where most Christians have not.

No, I don't BELIEVE any of the other religions I study, I try to understand the symbolism and messages of them. Many Christians seem to get offended when I refuse to believe that Jesus is the son of god, while the Muslims accept that I do not believe in a god, the Shintoists accept that I do not worship Ameterasu, and the various pagan religions accept the fact that I do not believe in their deities. See, I reject every other religion, I just don't throw out the baby with the bathwater...

Being a Christian, I can answer that very easily- Satan has blinded them. Only the Holy Spirit can open their eyes to see the truth. Like you also said, Christians are to love others as they share their faith. The only way that Satan, can think he has won, is to keep the hearts and minds of unbelievers closed, and so when a believer talks to them about Christ, is normal for people to get defensive. Just continue to share in love, and desire to become more like Christ. When we do that, the unbelievers will see Christ in us, and come to know Him

I do not believe Yahweh is true. I have nothing against Yahweh, just some of the beliefs that a few of his followers impose on other people. I think that astrology, witchcraft, psychics, ghosts, and all other "Supernatural" occurrences and practices are foolish.

You have just proved that you will accept anything as a truth towards your belief, that makes me trust your ability to rationalize less.

Because it is christians who are trying to force their religious dogma through laws governing our country. No other religious group is trying to tell people how to live their lives based on a 2000 year old book.

And NO...none of that drivel proves that you are correct about anything. Been there, done that and I am oh so grateful that I got away.

Pick up a science book and get an education.

I'm against the effects it has on its adherents more than anything. It is akin to a disease that affects the mental capacity of millions of people and causes them to behave in ways that are detrimental to mankind.
The fact that there is no historical evidence whatsoever for Jesus' existence only adds further proof to my statement.
You are in no way correct.

Your argument is whatever things we find least credible must be the most credible? Huh? the things we find the least believable must be the most correct?

You must really be an atheist trying to make Christians look like idiots.

Christians want to force their delusions on others.

No one wants to see astrology taught in public schools but how many districts have to battle the ID garbage over and over again.

I think of Christianity the same way I think of any other religion. I never really went into straight negativity. I just laugh and say, "If that's what you think."

It's not that people are against the religion itself. They are against people like you who get in their faces all the time trying to tell them how evil they are and how you, and only you are right about religion.

As soon as you chill out and accept that others may be right also, then you will be accepted.

Quit trying to change everyone, and just let them be.
