Do I have the diet for you!!! Lots of fruits & vegeez!!! Get your favorite squashes, from the produce dept...such as zuccini, butternut, banana, eggplant, and carrots, steam up a whole bunch of them, so you'll have them for a couple of days!! Get you some salmon, and some baked potatoes, and salsa, chicken & honey.....fresh garlic, (while your in the produce dept). Oh, for something fun, get some olives, Zesty-Italian Dressing, green onions, radishes, cucumber's, and crutons(optional). And Spagettini.... Boil up your pasta, drain in "Cold" water, dice up all of the olives, radishes, green onion, cucumber, and add to the cold pasta.......Put just a tad of Zesty on it, just to keep it from sticking while refrigerated.... Because if you add too much, you wont have any left for when your ready to eat...the pasta obsorb's it alot!!! so just enough to keep it moist, then add more as you have your serving's. YUMMO!!! For the other above foods, steam up those vegeez, and bake a potatoe or two, (one for later), and bake your salmon, with just fresh garlic and EVOO= Extra Virgin OliveOil, on it, and broil, or bake for oh about 30-45 minutes, until "Flaky", then with your chicken, (on another day) put skinless boneless peices of your choice, in a cake pan, add a tad of water to the pan, put fresh garlic all over those peices, and pour honey all over both sides of each peice.. So, now you have your chicken or salmon, your baked potatoe, with salsa on top (no butter or salt, with this diet), and your steamed vegeez!!! And get you some whole wheat berry bread, some mini apples (red deliscious, preferably) , and have a 1/2 peice of bread.......Get some banana's and some whole honey bran muffins......With your meals have 1/2 a peice of wheat bread without butter on it, (you'll actually learn to appreciate the way things taste without dressings on them, except for the pasta salad, that one has hardly any calories in it! Now for breakfast, before your coffee, or tea, have you a banana... or a half a banana.......wait about 1/2 hour to an hour, then have your muffin, with your coffee... And honey, if that banana doesn't make you want to go run laps around your block, I dont know what will?!!! I am so serious!! It will give you so much energy!!! If you wait on that coffee, latte, or tea, for 1/2 hour to an hour, first... banana's digest very quickly!! so, it may take even sooner than that, to digest! Than, begin your workout regimen. And honey you are "Good to Go!!! LITERALLY!!! Smile!!! Oh, eat mini apples when you get cravings for snacking, in place of the snacking, and not only they keep your teeth nice & white, but they'll give you energy, and keep you from eating wrong foods!!! I lost about 50-60 pounds on this diet, years ago!! And I never got tired of eating the same stuff everyday!!! I learned to appreciate foods without butter, or salt, and I loved the fact that I went from a size 14 to a size 6 in pants!!! So you just go girl, you'll have that summer figure before you know it!!! Trust me, on this one!!! Smile!!!
