SMOKING KILLS--- but usually slow... U CAN QUIT but not until you are ready
my husband smoked for 10 years- tried to quit all the time- quit once for a year ... now its been about six months .... The thing that worked for him was realizing he hated smoking and smelling like smoke

he had to stop hanging around his friends and family that smoked for a few months till he was strong enough to not take a cig

Good luck.... Keep trying its hard but LUNG CANCER HURTS WORSE!

did u mean if it will kill u at the end, i've never heard someone suicidal using cigarettes as a means to end theirl life, but u know the stats, i think u have to consider family history, and the amount u smoke, how long u have smoked and presence of any medical conditions... if u are ready to quit, try and search online some online support to quit, in california there's a government funded.. organization aimed to help people quit.... 4 d's

I know how you feel, I am trying as best as I can to quit now and yet I still manage to come up with another way to smoke a cigarette, usually it is get drunk enough to where I can have one and then sleep off the cravings, but then again I find myself drinking a lot more and more now that I am trying to quit smoking cigarettes, it truly does seem as if it is a no win situation, my suggestion? keep trying

Smoking is very dangerous! If you want to quit the easyiest way is to take up something else! I would recomend sport! Becoming more active will help you to stop smoking!
There is also nicotine replacement tablets which are 90% effective!

Yes, if you keep on smokin', it'll probably kill ya. Along with others who have come in contact with your second hand smoke. Maybe that will give you some incentive.

Death comes to all whether they smoke or not.The chances of a smoker getting certain fatal diseases are more but not smoking is not an insurance against death or diseases

MAYBE YOU ARE NOT INNOCENT OF THIS:SMOKING IS DANGEROUS TO YOUR HEALTH"...FIRST,ANALYZE,WHY YOU SMOKE..WHEN DID YOU SMOKE..WHATEVER YOUR REASON WHY YOU SMOKE REVERSE IT..IF YOU FEEL THE URGE FOR SMOKING,DIVERT YOUR MIND INTO DOING SOMETHING INSTEAD OF SMOKING.FOR EXAMPLE EXERCISE OUTSIDE BY STRETCHING OR JOGGING OR WHATEVER ACTIVITIES FOR YOU TO FORGET THAT CIGARRETTE...OK?
