In general it has been observed that Government organisations or Government supported organisations are making delay for no genuine matter whereas the Private organisations works on its way and perform better.

Govt official has to do the same job for 35 years till his retirement. No need to hurry up. Private will sack if he doesn't meet the target.

It's a matter of incentive. Private organizations (sorry about my US spelling!) follow the "time is money" rule. Delay can cost THEM money. While government is not working on this same rule. Sure, they have budgets, but (in general) performance and budgets are not well tied in government.

Of course, some private business are very slow, when it's to their benefit. See how long it takes to get a refund from a company. A lot longer than it takes for them to GET your money.

responsibility for owner's progress in private concern is the most importent thing.govt. job is "bapouti" for employee.just apply all the rules strictly which r followed in private concerns.

You see there is a lot of difference between a eating donkey and braying donkey. Eating donkey goes on working without wasting time. Braying donkey goes on braying and makes **** every where. These braying donkey are afraid of asses, and *** holes as they drain brain and swallow all materials.

private companies are driven by profits and fire incompetent people. governmentt organizations do not.
