Save it first
then go to file and package to CD. Then u select which drive you want to save it to (normally D if you have not chaged it manually)

Go into Windows Explorer and open the folder with the powerpoint in. Then open WE again and find the CD Drive folder. Drag the powerpoint file over into the CD drive folder, and then insert the disc. Click write these files to CD (on left hand side of CD Drive folder)

Hi - if you go to 'File' then 'Pack and Go' it should start up the 'Pack and Go' wizard - this will ask you where you want your presentation to be saved, jst chose A:\ drive and you're done!
