I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Yes it does, but mostly in summer when very hot. I have heard of people wrapping themselves in clingfilm so that it will help them sweat more as they exercise. ust read other answers and I agree with the person who says u will lose water weight, this is correct, I think jockeys and wrestlers and boxers try this to get their weight down pretty fast.

Its a very short lived treatment"fad" that helps to lose "water" weight only, not "fat",the meager results are gone by the end of the day,if not sooner. For any lasting results one must go on a sensible diet and exercises plan, and make a commitment with yourself to change your "mental" outlook of about losing weight and how that effects your life. It's also not medically sound, you can dehydrate yourself, and cause electrolyte disturbances. Take care. SW RNP

No.
It will only make you lose water, nothing else. (You will regain the weight you lost sweating as soon as you drink anything, even water)
also, it could be dangerous because of dehidratation, so be careful. jus the same as with those plastic suits.
