but it can't harm us, at first they said it was a bacterial and fungal infection shes covered in scabs I'm worried anyone heard of this and is it dangerous

Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus Aureus lives innocently on healthy people, but is dangerous to those with injury or ill health. It may be wise to ensure that you wash your hands after petting the dog, or use alcohol rub. Avoid putting babies or Older relatives in close contact. The infection can be treated, but depending uopn the animals condition, it may come to a time where its suffering.

One of my sons friends had that, he had a large scab over half his face. We couldn't catch it from him as he was under treatment and not infectious.
Just make sure you give the treatment the vet recommends. If they say wash your hands after petting her, then do it.
If you have any concerns, phone the vet.

You didn't let your dog anywhere near a NHS Hospital did you ? Nip down to the shops and buy a couple of jar's of Honey...seemingly a Spoonful every couple of hours mixed in with his food will sort him out in a couple of days..
