Ok, I completely feel where u are coming from. Listen closely, cause this is gonna take a minute. Right now, I'm in Iraq and when I got here my hair was in braids. Before the braids, my hair length was about 5 inches pass my shoulders. I just took my braids out and decided (don't know what the hell I was thinking) to go to the one of the salons here and get my hair done. Not a good idea. Now my hair is at my neck too. This same thing at to me when I was stationed in Korea. I would take my braids go to a salon, they would mess up my hair, and I'll lose most of it. What I used in Korea was Profectiv. It did absolute wonders for my hair. They have so many products to choose from that target exactly whatever ur hair problem is. All u have to do is take ur pick. They just came out wit another line especially for growth. I will put that to work starting this weekend. It will seem like a lot of stuff u will be putting in u hair, but I wash my hair once a week, so I don't have too much build up. I massage my scalp every night and make sure I wear a silk scarf, every single night. It's hard because working twelve hours shifts every single day wit bullets flying pass ur head, when u get home u just wanna crash, but I know I have to take care of miself cause if I don't who will, right? Another product u may wanna use is Wild Growth Hair Oil. I've been using it for a few weeks and I can tell a difference. It was a week ago when that lady messed my hair up and usin this, I can see the thickness returning back to my hair. I also take Biotin pills faithfully, ok now I'm faithful, now that my hair is gone. I'm just hoping that when I get back from this war I'll have more hair on my head then what I came with. Whatever u do, just make sure u get ur ends trim at least once a month. It helps and it just makes ur hair look so much more healthier. Profectiv even has a product specifically for ur ends. I use it every night and day. Hopefully this will work for u. I know it will for me.

Well i know that you are not going to like this but you have to trim off the damaged parts if you do not trim it, you hair will just keep breaking off until it reaches the scalp. Make sure you also use a moisturizing shampoo and always deep condition your hair. And like the lady above me said pick up a satin pillowcase or a satin bonnet. It will prevent hair breakage while you sleep. hair bonnets cost about $3 but the pillowcase is about $15

First off going through puberty makes your hair fall out more than usual. Also get a hair straingthening shampoo and conditioner also don't brush your hair when it's wet only comb it with a wide tooth comb finally ask your parents/ go see a doctor because when women have slow thyroids heir tends to fall out. I know all this because it happened to me and I ended up being fine. I hoped I helped and everything is okay!

Well there can be many factors, diet, weather, etc. First try to avoid as much on your hair. Also, go to your local beauty supply and pick up a satin pillow case. This really helps!!! Drink lots of water and condition your reguarly. With it being winter time, that cold air dries the hair out.
