if you want to lose weight, improve your health generally, and have more energy then getting some nutritional help is vital. Once your body starts to absorb the right nutrients and vitamins and protein then you’ll be amazed how quickly you will feel the difference, usually within the first 48 hours if you get the right supplements and help. I had no energy and felt just generally rotten all round so I sought the advice of a nutritional coach (whose advice was FREE) and got myself some great products, I even got free samples before I got started so I could see just how good they were!! There is a website called myhealthabc.com If go on there and fill out the details page you will get a call with no pressure about what you need. There is a mall area as well that’s got some great info and its all set out with easy to follow headings so you can find what you want. It’s so easy and the stuff they have is excellent. I have been using their products for over two years and I feel great. I lost 70 pounds in less than seven months!! My sister lost 60 pounds in five months. The stuff is amazing

The best way? Work Out! Diet and excercise are by far the best way to go. You don't have to be vegan or anything, just cut sweets out of your diet, and join a gym to make sure you get a get a good balanced workout. Remember that muscles weigh more than fat, so being in shape does not necessarily mean having a certain weight number. Do you drink soda? If so, stop! I stopped drinking pop a couple of years ago and lost 15 pounds in 3 months.

Take a 20-40 mins walk a day. If you have a pet you can walk with it, would get the pet happy and you'd lose weight too. n_n Dance. Do aerobics. Play more sports. Etc. Don't drink soda or fruit drinks too often. Drink water, tea, milk or coffee instead. :P Reduce your intake of junk and fast food. Good luck. :) My dad gained around 10 kg wen he stopped smoking, and so did his friend, so now they're also trying to lose weight. You're not alone, don't give up when you feel like you're failing. Simply take a break, but still keep your diet. It's all a part of the challenge, overcome it. ;)

P.S Don't exercise before bedtime, otherwise you won't get that good of a sleep. Lack of sleep can cause you to gain weight. :P

No idea what your height is, but most likely you are in a healthy BMI range right now, so it will be difficult to lose weight. Difficult, but not impossible.

Since you are so close to your goal weight, don't do anything drastic, but just focus on changing your unhealthy habits for healthy ones. To figure out where your diet can be improved, start by counting your calories. It might be tedious, but it does show you where your shortcomings are.

Also, you need to exercise. Try to get into the habit of 30 minutes of exercise, 3 times a week. You can increase the duration, intensity, and frequency later. For now, focus on the habit.

Good luck!

I would reccomend concentrating on body composition rather than your actual weight. The most basic way to lose weight though, is to 4 to 6 nutrient dense small meals a day, and exercise so that you take in fewer calories than you burn. Weight training will also help you increase your metabolism along with with your 4 to 6 meal plan. I would reccomend a book that was shown on Oprah YOU! The Owner's Manual or You! on a Diet. It's more about lifestyle changes than just a quick fix when losing weight.

I was able to lose 20lbs myself in about the same amount of time recently. First off, you need to determine what your diet "vices" are. For myself, I found that it was alcohol and late night snacking. It took quite a bit of discipline the first week especially, but once those were cut out (or reduced), I found the weight-loss process to be much easier. I also drank quite a bit of water everyday which I found to keep me full in between meals and snacks. Keeping food choices healthy will help (of course), but no matter what you eat, portion size is key. Most importantly, get moving! If you hate working out (like I used to), crank up the music and dance around the house! Find fun ways to stay active. Before you know it, you will start losing weight and at a safe pace. (Please keep in mind that sometimes losing weight and getting in shape aren't about numbers on a scale - you need to focus on being healthy not necessarily being "thin").

I lost 5.5 lbs in the past 3 weeks i have a goal of 10 lbs in 40 days.

Weight loss is easier than we like to think. its basic math. Burn more Calories than you take in. about 2500 Calories = 1 lb
I personally burn about 1800 Calories just from breathing, thinking, working, staying alive, And then i burn an avg of 200 calories a day via exercise. for a total of 2000 calories burn/day. I try to eat 1500 calories a day or less. therefore during 7 days i burn 14000 Calories and eat 10500 calories for a difference of 3500 calories which = around 1.4 lbs per week.
Well that was the easy part.

The hard part is staying commited. I try to Do something active 5 times a week burning 250-300 calories via jogging/running & sports, Basketball, soccer, ultimate.
Next you have to eat right. This is hard but can be easy. Don't eat nasty healthy food, eat tasty healthy food. For Dinner i always have a grilled meat like Chicken breast or fish or lean steak. A veggie without butter and a salad with low fat or fat free dressing. Who doesn't like grilled Salmon, broccli, and salad? For Lunch I like leftovers from last night diner or raisin bran, Morning Rasin bran and whole wheat toast.
Stay away from FRIED FOOD!!!! please! Stay away for Junk food and sugars. Remove the icecream and eat sherbet instead, eat fruits for snacks, and pretzels, I even munch on chex mix vs. chips, 60% less fat. 3 meals a day, 2 snacks, every 2-3 hrs you should be eating a meal or snack. Drink lots of water! the first 2 weeks will be hard, then you will start to see results. Just don't get complacent untill you reach your goal. Than take a week off, and hit it back harder and have a new goal.
If you are taller than 5'2'' than this will be very hard, but very do able. Visit www.fitday.com its free!

Liposuction,That is U happen to have over $8,000 to spare.Otherwise I'm not so sure what to tell U as I've always had that kind of problem too,not so much all fat as being overweight myself. And believe me,I don't or have the disipline to diet as well.
Even when U do get liposuction,to keep the weight off still reqiures for U to keep active and watch what U eat as well.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!
