Ever think of telling the girlfriend to stop doing it? That would be your best course of action. It takes time to go away and you just have to wait. I don't know of any remedies to make it disappear quicker.

tell her to stop sucking while shes kissing. but for now freeze a spoon and then hold it on the marks, it will help them go away faster.
