Is it flyable? I think it's a model-large size. Don't see exhaust or other functional features.

It looks more like a gyrocopter than a helicopter. Notice the prop on the back end. If this is in fact a gyro then the overhead rotor is not powered. It is turned only by the forward motion and provides the lift and to keep the craft flying.

Definitely a prototype or a homebuilt. I can't tell from the image, but it also could be an autogyro.

This is a Gyro-copter. It takes off and lands like an airplane.
