if you're a guy and only thinning on top, I reccommend a very short haircut - clipper cut with the top cut one guard longer than the sides and back. this will give the illusion that all your hair is the same thickness.

While I cannot give you specific style advice in this forum – both because I lack sufficient information to do so and because I cannot set a precedent which would result in an overwhelming influx of personal styling requests – I can offer you some general information on dealing with thinner hair.
To add volume to thinner hair, you should try styling the hair with more curl. A roller set wrapped with on-base placement will help to create fullness and maximum volume in the hairstyle, making the hair look thicker.
If you don’t want additional curl in the style, you can still add volume by applying a spray-on styling gel or mousse to the hair while it is damp, and blow-drying the hair with your head inverted or by holding the hair out from the scalp while drying it. This gives the hair extra lift at the scalp and gives your hair more fullness and leaves it looking thicker.

I assume you are a guy. You can go for the bald look, which I think is hot on guys. If you don't like that, the choppy crew-top type look, is nice. The kind the military give you but grown out a little. Hope this helps!

Do you have long hair and you'd like more volume?

A very effective yet very simple tip...try it out..

Towel your hair dry and then it pull up on the top of your head. Secure with a fat "elastic" (that won't damage or crease your hair ) and then blow dry the scalp hair until it is dry.

This will give you plenty of volume with little effort.

Hair grows fast, so try defferent styles and you will land on the one that you like and is most favourable to your life style.
