I am sure you have heard it before. You need to find happiness in all that is around you, look for the good and positive. If your spouse tends to be negative most of the time it will affect you both socially and at work. Misery loves company. The hardest thing to do is to change (spouses, job, friends) but it can be the most rewarding. Take yourself out of your comfort zone and discover something new.

I feel the same way sometimes. I don't think you can stop it unless you divorce and find someone who treats you good all the time.
