Genesis 2:7
The Lord God formed the man from the soil of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.

God's (capital G) breathing is not dependant on oxygen, as ours.

God does not breathe. God creates air and is immortal. If God really breathes, who created the air for him to breathe at the first place?

Well your question is a tricky one but I don't know many tricks to answer your question, I prefer answering you what I understand.

God is God he is not dependent on any thing he is all Mighty. He can live without breathing he is the creator of breath.

If he depends on any thing to live or survive then he seizes the right to be called God the creator of the universe.

He is all mighty

May god bless all of us and guide us to the right path.
