Try taking her out every one to two hours and see if that helps.

Hope you'll have your vet check for a bladder infection first. Its not a expensive test. If that can be ruled out, then don't wait for a signal from the dog that she wants to go outside....take her out every hour. Try to get her to run a bit - that stimulates the bladder-and they will piddle. If that fails, consider whether there has been a significant change in your household routine. Is there a new person in the house (sometimes creates jealousy). Is the dog getting enough exercise? Are you giving the dog enough one-on-one attention (even dogs have figured out that negative attention is better than no attention)? Perhaps your dog is getting old and just can't control urination. Good luck!

Get to the door quicker would be a start. Some dogs simply cannot physically hold their needs. If this is a new behavior for your dog, have the vet check for a urinary tract infection or some other physical reason for the change. Good luck
